Marketing Assistant, ArtReview at Art Basel in Basel 2024

ArtReview magazine will be exhibiting at Art Basel in Basel once again this year and we are looking to employ someone to run our booth for the duration of the fair.

Description

The role requires being on the booth for the days/times set out below and the main duty will be to sell individual copies of the magazine and subscriptions. You’ll be acting as the face of the magazine, to greet visitors at our stand and answer any questions that they may have. We will provide you with background information on the magazines and the company, so prior knowledge is not required. Experience of a similar role and an interest in contemporary art would be advantageous. Enthusiasm is a must!

Days/Hours of employment:

Monday 10 June through Sunday 16 June 2024

Exact hours TBC but we anticipate around 60 hours, with starting just before opening, leaving just after closing and/or helping with the set up and set down (both of which are very simple).

Remuneration

The rate of pay CHF 25 per hour
