Jerwood Drawing Prize 2015 winners announced

The jury of the Jerwood Drawing Prize have announced the winners of this year’s edition, who were selected among a shortlist of original drawings, presented without any mention of the artist or title.

The first prize of £8,000 has been awarded to Tom Harrison (b.1982) for his pencil drawing entitled From Andrew’s Flat, Singapore; the second prize goes to Finnish, London-based artist Elisa Alaluusua (b.1970) for her 7-minute video, Unconditional Line; and two student awards were each attributed to Bryan Eccleshall (b.1965) and Lois Langmead (b.1992).
