The Center for Contemporary Arts Estonia (CCA) announced that Katja Novitskova will represent Estonia at the 2017 Venice Biennale, Artnet reports. She will work alongside Kati Ilves who will be curating the project. The pair’s winning proposal, titled If only you could see what I've seen in your eyes, focuses on the impact digital images and representations have on the way we process visual information. The project was chosen for its topical approach to digital behaviour.
