Photo: Charles Emerson</figcaption></figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Join&nbsp;<em>ArtReview</em>&nbsp;and Ursula on Tuesday 9 June for a conversation with Jayden Ali and Simone Brewster</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>ArtReview</em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https://www.hauserwirth.com/ursula/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Ursula</em></a>&nbsp;magazine have teamed up to host a series of monthly talks in the Wine Bar underneath the Farm Shop in London’s Mayfair. Staged as a series of intimate conversations and more, set in a relaxed and casual bar, the series will allow audiences a insight into the inspirations, working methods and passions of some of today’s key visionaries from artists and thinkers, to filmmakers, designers, philosophers and architects. The events will span creative thinking and how it evolves to match our times. The series is a celebration of traditional conviviality, to be experienced live by those present rather than remotely, on screen. Price and Gus Casely-Hayford<br>3 June: Martino Gamper and Max Lamb<br>6 May: Es Devlin and George Rouy<br>1 April: Sonia Boyce and Ekow Eshun</p>\n</div></div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Jayden Ali</strong><br><a href=\"https://www.ja-projects.com/about/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jayden Ali</a>, Founding Director of <a href=\"https://www.ja-projects.com/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">JA Projects</a>, is an architect, artist and educator shaping the culture of contemporary cities. Recognized by the Design Museum, Vogue, Wallpaper* and the Architects’ Journal’s ‘40 Under 40,’ he serves as a London Mayor’s Design Advocate, Dean’s Visiting Professor at Columbia University in. New York NY, and teaches at prestigious institutions across Europe.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>His work spans civic and cultural projects, from reimagining London’s iconic Piccadilly Circus to co-curating the British Pavilion at the 2023 Venice Biennale. Recent projects include: ‘MATTER and SHAPE,’ (2026), Paris, France; and ‘Why We Make Galleries,’ (2026), V&amp;A East Museum, London, UK; and the revitalization of Queen’s Market, London, UK. His upcoming projects include: work for the Smithsonian Design Museum Cooper Hewitt, New York NY; city-scale illuminated artwork for Elephant and Castle, London, UK; and the artistic direction of a major theatrical event in the Caribbean.</p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Simone Brewster</strong><br><a href=\"https://www.simonebrewster.co.uk/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Simone Brewster</a> is a London-based artist whose work explores the intersections of contemporary art, architecture and cultural memory. Working across sculpture, painting, furniture and installation, she creates what she describes as ‘intimate architectures’—objects and environments that examine how identity, belonging and collective memory are embodied through material form.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Originally trained in architecture at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, before completing an MA in Design Products at the Royal College of Art, Brewster brings a distinctive spatial sensibility to her practice. Her work draws on histories of migration, Black diasporic experience, vernacular architecture and decorative traditions, exploring the emotional and cultural lives of objects.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2026, Brewster is headling Platform at the Design Museum in London, UK.
