Akshi Singh is a writer and psychoanalyst based in Glasgow and London. Her first book, In Defence of Leisure: Experiments in Living with Marion Milner was published in 2025 by Jonathan Cape. She is an associate editor at Parapraxis magazine, and deputy editor at Critical Quarterly. Her writing has appeared in Art Review, Art Monthly, Granta, Texte zur Kunst, The London Review of Books, and Parapraxis magazine.
