Last week East London’s well-loved Matt’s Gallery celebrated its 35th Birthday, and an OBE for Matt’s founder Robin Klassnik for services to the visual arts, with its first fundraiser. Proceeds from the event will enable the gallery to continue its commissioning programme which has supported a whole host of artists over the years who have gone on to greater success.
The gallery also launched a Friends with Benefits Scheme – which Matt’s supporters can join for a mere £8.33 a month – money well spent!
