Cheese wheels made from human bacteria collected from individuals including Hans Ulrich Obrist and Olafur Eliasson form part of Grow Your Own: Life After Nature, Trinity College Dublin’s current exhibition which looks at the possibilities of synthetic life. The cheeses are part of a project by Christina Agapakis and Sissel Tolaas, which investigates relational synthetic biology through the practices of cheesemaking.
