The artist Claire Tabouret will has been selected to design contemporary stained glass windows for the Notre-Dame in Paris.
Tabouret’s proposition won a competition organised by the French Ministry of Culture, judged by an artistic committee composed of 20 members. She will work with glassmaker Simon-Marq, a studio whose workshop was founded in 1640.
The stained glass windows are scheduled for install by the end of 2026.
