Mariane Ibrahim is to open a third gallery space in February 2023, in Mexico City. The new space is the latest in the art dealer’s sudden move towards expansion, following on the heels of the gallery’s Paris opening in the last quarter of 2021. In Mexico City, the gallery looks forward to being housed across two floors of a late-nineteenth century marquee building on Río Pánuco, near the Bosque de Chapultepec. Mariane Ibrahim’s new gallery will open with a solo exhibition by Clotilde Jiménez.
